A lot of people think that they need a credit card to verify their paypal account.
If you have money,you would'nt have many problems to have credit card. But if you don't have it?

Enter your birth date,read and agree to the terms and conditions,and click "Agree and Continue"
at the bottom of the page.

4.Wait for 30 seconds for an approval decision from PayPal.
Your account will be linked to your card and verified,and your card will be sent via mail.



NOTES:

# If you sign up for Paypal Security Program,you will be charged $1.50 for every $100
of your average daily balance on the card.
This program helps cover your balance in case of an emergency.

# You must have fairly solid credit record.
